If there is going to be a global vision of our destiny, then that vision will have to be imparted to five key groups.

These groups are listed in the order of the rigidity of their present belief systems.

The Aquarium strategy is to identify the individuals on the fringes of each of the above groups who would be most open to the Aquarium Vision. If these individuals could be positively influenced toward the common ground represented by the Aquarium, they could in turn influence others within their respective groups, and so forth.

The World Wide Web is an ideal vehicle for both identifying and influencing the above individuals.
