..............Why do I bore you with such details? Because this is a significant part of a larger pattern that is leading up to the non-Announcement that will occur on or about March of 2001. More importantly it is up to you and me to script this non-announcement. The only stipulation is that we script the best possible announcement of the cosmic presence. Best? Yes, the one that yields the greatest benefit at the least cost.
There are two camps concerning the portent of the cosmic presence, depending on the relative importance of the ‘how’ of it versus the ‘why’ of it. I am in the ‘why’ camp. The presence is not just a cosmic ‘motorama’. The visitors are here as agents to facilitate our acceptance of own destiny. This implies a primary Facilitator, which continues to be my role mainly by default. No government is constituted to be the Facilitator. That authority must be vested in some individual. It has taken this long to work out the proper vesting and vetting. As above, so below. The vesting is a major part of the announcement process. If you don’t like the present arrangement you are invited to suggest alternatives. You will find, however, that this forum is the only one where such suggestions will be seriously entertained. Let us get on with the task at hand.
What we seek is what we already have, a gradual process of acclimation to the cosmic presence and our concomitant destiny. The process to date has been brought to you mainly by the visitors and ‘MJ-12’. They are looking for an exit strategy and we are it. Their authority will be conferred to us with whatever minimum degree of explicitness is necessary for us to initiate and maintain a deliberate progress toward our cosmic destination, which is the ‘non-eschaton’. The description of that ‘destination’ is another dissertation to which you will also be contributing, later.
Let us get back to the immediate task. I suggest that at least one of us brief the new presidential science advisor on or about March of 2001. I am volunteering to participate, with Ron along as my official witness. You will help me to write the best possible script for that meeting. My conferring with Robert, xxx and John is a significant step in that direction. Presumably there will be other steps in the meantime.
