There continues to be a widespread interest in the possible existence of extraterrestrial intelligence. There is controversy concerning whether the Earth might already have been contacted or even visited by other beings. We humans naturally have a keen desire to know more about what may lie beyond our earthly existence in both the spatial and spiritual senses.

In recent decades a great deal of information concerning these questions has become available, and in recent years the government has been making an effort to address the issue that it might ever have concealed relevant information.

I am one of a network of private citizens who are helping to piece together the relevant historical details, which we then make available to other researchers and scholars. Our approach differs from previous efforts in its greater emphasis on the infrastructure and logistics of the collection and analysis of anomalous data of the most general sort. Much of this would involve phenomena of a rather less sensational nature than ufo's per se. This explains our eclectic list of interview subjects.

Even if we don't find any little green or gray men in the utility closets, we feel that we will have made a significant contribution to resolving the concerns and suspicions of a good many citizens. It is with this in mind that we look forward to your cooperation.
