Going with the Flow
The Path to Disclosure
If there were not a continuing concealment of government originated ufo information, then we would already have a definitive history of the subject. It would not now be the mystery that it has become. There is no question that a great deal more information was generated in government channels than has since been recovered, even though the amount recovered is considerable.
The only possible rejoinder is that this information has simply been lost in the cracks of the bureaucracy through general neglect and incompetence. It is very hard to believe, given the intense and widespread interest in the subject extending now over many decades. This response simply does not take into account the most basic of human traits. Humans are renowned for collecting curiosities. Ufo memorabilia would have been the most tempting of collectibles over all those years. Consider the zealous collecting of ufo information that has occurred on the outside. Unless the inside information were actively being contained, it would have been collated and leaked out long ago.
Most people, on the other hand, find it very difficult to believe that any human organization would be able to contain such important information. I agree, however there are two main caveats. The present concealment process is only an offshoot of the historical self-concealment of cosmic intelligence. Also the nature of the information being concealed militates against its easy dissemination.
The simple line of reasoning given above already provides a useful handle on the functioning of an anomalies network. Let us summarize the situation. It is not reasonable to doubt that a great deal of ufo information has be collected and generated within government circles over many decades. A significant but obviously small portion of this information has been diligently collated on the outside over the years. The bulk of the information has been consolidated and sequestered on the inside.
The anomalies network had a very steep learning curve for quite a few years, but as the insiders and us outsiders have become acclimated to the situation its work has been simplified, so much so that it can proceed on course despite the subsequent removal of the cold-war umbrella of secrecy.
It was that umbrella of coercive secrecy that enabled the network to cover its early confusion and ineptitude. As its understanding increased, the collection requirements became much more focussed and sophisticated. The learning process was not unilateral. The ET's were also becoming more adept at implementing their side of the cosmic agenda in coordination with both the insiders and outsiders among us humans. As we progress along this path the lines of demarcation between insiders and outsiders is become increasingly blurred without there being a definitive breach of security. There is instead a plethora of more or less accurate speculation, the rate of accuracy diminishing as one proceeds toward the periphery and into the media.
The content of the agenda is the main question. There would not be the considerable degree of cooperation necessary for concealment unless the agenda were perceived to be primarily in our best interest. There must be a progression toward an inevitable beneficial outcome that would include a greater knowledge of our place in the cosmos. There are though some significant possibilities of trauma involved in this transition which can be minimized by appropriate preparation prior to the dramatic disclosures. The path toward deliberate disclosure must be perceived to be expeditious by all parties, otherwise there would be preemptive unilateral disclosures.
For the most part we can rest assured that we are in good hands, up to and including those of God. However, the main transformation will require the participation of almost every one of us. The clandestine preparations are directed primarily toward ensuring our full and prompt participation. The recruitment effort moves as quickly as the secrecy allows. The still growing ufology movement and the expanding coverage by the entertainment media are testimonials to its success.
What has just been given is very straightforward and elementary analysis, yet it is an analysis that has managed to elude almost every other researcher, as far as I am presently aware. This calls for some explanation. The main cause of the oversight is the dualistic and adversarial thinking that is endemic to modern culture. The continuing need for secrecy has generated an 'us vs. them' mentality and a general sense of paranoia that pervades ufology. This is quite understandable, but that does not make it correct. Those very few who espouse similar views are easily dismissed as being hopelessly naïve and idealistic. Such views are not conducive to aggressive inquiry.
I mentioned a recruitment effort. Most ufologists would find this idea laughable based on their continuing unsuccessful efforts at penetration. Nonetheless their considerable efforts do attract public attention which provides for indirect awareness and a more subtle for of recruitment in the form of 'entrainment' while still maintaining a basic cover.
The only way to penetrate the cover and not maintain a code of silence is to anticipate the inevitable disclosure process. This has been the strategy of the aquarium since its inception over six years ago. This is a networking strategy that is actually aimed at preempting the disclosure, but only in the appropriate time and manner. One might think that there would be much competition for such an auspicious undertaking, but the actual playing field is still rather small and the various players tend to slide into their appropriate roles. Only toward the very end will there be any significant attempts at claim jumping, but by then the situation will already have been solidified.
