The modern scientific worldview contains so many inconsistencies that it ought to collapse spontaneously under their weight, but realistically that might not happen even within the next century. The interest we have vested in the scientific view is so great that it will require a strong external stimulus to dislodge it from its preeminent position within any reasonable time span.

A purely rational argument to demonstrate the greater intrinsic truth of immaterialism over materialism has and will continue to fall on deaf ears until some tangible and dramatic proof is brought forward. It is only belatedly and with considerable trepidation that I have cast in my lot with ufology. Nonetheless, I believe the commitment to be irreversible. Within the ufo arena I am further committed to the belief in a cover-up. By simply considering the logic and politics of immaterialism, I end up in a rather tight corner. So be it. Now that I am here, how can I possibly fight my way out of this corner?

My only recourse is to penetrate the alleged cover-up, and do so in a public manner. Many people have already made valiant efforts in this grail quest and apparently failed, but I am not convinced that every stone has been properly turned. I am counting on the fact that having a better handle on the nature of the secret being concealed will facilitate my quest.

The problem facing the would-be Galahads is that there is a double veil between the truth and us. The grail is not some ufo being kept in cold storage. The ufo's are just another veil. The problem is to penetrate to the meaning of the phenomenon. The meaning is not that we are a cosmic tourist attraction, although that might not be completely off base. Rather, the ufo's are participating somewhat indirectly in our cosmic/spiritual commencement. They are facilitating the clandestine preparations for an event of apocalyptic proportions -- the end of the old world and the creation of the new world. We are at the cusp between two realities, neither of which has a material foundation.

The only fault of ufology has been to grossly underestimate both the gravity and levity of our situation. We are changing worlds the way a caterpillar changes its form. Both worlds are illusory except for the life they contain which transcends all illusion. Knowing what is being kept secret and why, will surely help in its disclosure.
